I find it really sad to hear that from a so called "Manager" that they don't give a crap about their employees being happy. Is this the management training they gave you? I'm sure that's great news for the future pilots in CX!
With that attitude,I'm sure the endless stream of cadets will never end and sure you'll get to keep them too
