I would be not so sure of that.I was in Gambia not long time ago during the meeting of the president of the African countries.Big airplanes ,a lot of brend new 4 x 4 waiting at the airport and .... a lot of people asking for food around Africa.There is not President in Africa that got power without the strong support of others powerfull nations.Unfortunately.
