Thanks for your help. Despite it saying on the email that I would be taking an airside driving test it was in actual fact just a drive around the local area with an instructor to assess my driving competence. I must admit I thought it was a little bit strange that I would be taking a driving test without being given any formal training! Anyway thanks again for taking the time to post and if I'm succesful and do end up taking the test I shall bear in mind your advice!
