I totally agree with Cornwallis and phd the CAA is promoting Civil Air Transport and yet the regulation of aviation activities is a weakness in certain areas. Not to mention the fact that year on year they charge more for the fees and licences. I do not understand how little real scrutiny is attached to their annual pricing hike and their competency of regulatory activities generally.
