Here at Cosford we are now doing the brand new OFT. It has not been sanctioned yet but it is coming soon to a gym near you. I also read today that the basic RAF fitness test is going to be upgraded. Does this mean that an 18 year old girl will now have to reach a higher standard than a 40 year old man?
Not about being a better technician, its part of the soldier first, trade specialist second, someone should tell the high ups though, that we dont have soldiers in the airforce!, Lossie are introducing the 4 strikes and your out for the fitness test soon, fat knackers look out! cheap way of getting rid of people!
