Try Sabenavita in Lithuania - I know they have TRTO for Saab 340, not sure about Saab 2000 but they are ex LAL (LAL have Saab 2000). If they do it, I'd be fairly sure it'll be a lot cheaper than most others in Europe. Their contacts are at
