Just discovered this, thought some folks may find it useful.
You can also download the source code, reveals the METAR source is hardcoded in the weatherappui.cpp to:
http://weather.noaa.gov/pub/data/obs...etar/stations/ So if anyone has the Symbian SDK installed it should be a simple enough process to change the source of METAR information, or even change the app to read this from the user preferences.
