Ah, the RAF Fatness test.

I take it from the question that you're not a member of HM's Armed Forces yet. I think it's a mandatory item to pass if you want to complete training (all ranks). The RAF got miffed at paying fat lazy gits to sit around during training complaining that their shins ached or they were about to have a heart attack and so made it a part of the selection process.

To pass the Fitness test you'll need to be avaragely fit (let's say a 7 minute mile, 30 sit-ups in a minute and 20 press-ups). If you're not able to do this, you'll be invited to stop eating all the pies and come back later when you're less of a burden on the fragile NHS.
