Hey, I'm not entirely sure how they work but I have seen some PPL students wearing a kind of wrist band that helps with air sickness. I can't really comment on how good they are but I have heard they are quite good, maybe someone else has more info? Well I agree, I think you should just aim to get back into the air asap! There was also a programme on TV a while back following the training of RAF fighter pilots and I remember one guy who was training on the hawk and was suffereing from air sickness, so I'm sure it's a problem you can combat in some way or another.
