Hernia found at class 1 initial

Hi,

I had my ATCO class 1 initial last week, and the Doc suspects me of having a heria. He has annotated this on the paperwork, will this stop me getting my class 1?

I am seeig my GP on Tuesday, and if given the all clear, will it just be a simple case of having him write a letter stating such, or will I have be to see down at Gatwick by the CAA Docs?

p.s The hernia is suspected to be in the right hand side of my groin.
