I'm sorry, please don't take offence honey, but you are obviously blinded by new enthusiasm still, if you haven't seen already the agenda this company has for the crew. You only have to look at the EBA for an example of that. Sure the job is ok, the crew are great to work with.....but management? Either you are one, or if not, you will soon see the light.
