I think you're looking for trouble. If you want to do any job properly you may be putting yourself before a firing squad. Usually management nowadays spend their time issueing unpractical memos, procedures, self-addressed stuff, answering hundreds of short-worded emails, stinging reports, etc.. If and when they (the good managers) try to do a good job convincingly they are invited to quiet down diplomatically... or to say "bye" due to personal, family or health reasons
