It's so easy to sit there and critcise the company, but tell me where in the world is there a better option? CX has never furloughed a pilot - even in the darkest days of SARS.
We do not have a culture here that differentiates between nationalities, however it is expected that the pilots fly the Companies aeroplanes the way the company requires and use standard PANS-OPS RT procedures. If anyone feels they are not up to it or are too good to do it our way they can take their expertise elsewhere!
By the way skibeagle.... if you ask around there are plenty of 'ex-military fast jet guys' who earned their medals in the Falklands, Gulf War and Southern Watch... be VERY careful how you swing that big Tar Brush of yours!!!
