It's not a boring question at all - it's a problem we've all encountered at some stage - I certainly did.

I remember my first night gloomily eating a plate of smash and cold baked beans feeling very sorry for myself hoping it would be worthwhile (which it is!) I'm sure you'll be more imaginitive...!

I thought the microwave was a great idea but in a hotel it is very doubtful it would be permitted...a definate risk for a hotel (in my opinion no more so than smoking or leaving an iron on though?)

Anyway I would mention that you will make firm friends with people on your course (some might not be in the hotel and will be based and living there) and get invited out and also to peoples homes from time to time so you won't be eating in your room every single night.

Lunches and breakfast is easy as the other users have suggested.
