It is probably 1 of 2 possible things. The first thing to do is check your graphics card driver and reinstall/update it. This will rule out any software issue.
Secondly there could be an issue with the hardware controller for that column of pixels, unfortunately this would require a professional to fix it and it is very likely you will need a replacement screen.
