In addition to National Jet, Qantaslink consists of Sunstate and Eastern Australia Airlines. Qantaslink is just a brand, not an airline, and each airline recruits separately.
I don't know when they will recruit again, but recruitment is done on a regular basis throughout the year, so get your application in as soon as possible.
