Hey Standard, long time old boy!
You`ve probably got close to hitting a few nails on the head there but you understand that I couldn`t possibly comment.
Anyway why would an OJTI`s opinion matter, i`ve only got sixteen years experience and had the audacity to Control at other places. As you and I both know that doesn`t count because nowhere else really exists and Belfast City is the centre of some peoples known universe.
Maybe this time it will be different and the Atco`s will actually be asked to give an opinion as to where the problems lie because they know better than anyone. Unfortunately I doubt it though as its all too obvious that there is no desire to fix the problems.
