Let s forget our divergence of opinions about the GF pilots treatment
Can anyone explain me why GF hires some guys directly on A330 w/o any experience on fly by wire aircraft.
According to some GF ground instructors these courses ( A330 direct course)are felt quite difficult by the new joiners and cost a lot to the company...
Then why not hiring them on 320 and make accordingly A320 guys happier?
