Liverpool to bergamo flights are not on sale yet and it would be a surprise if this route was dropped between 2 big ryanair bases. However, as far as I can work out nearly all winter routes are available now so I am not sure!
Indeed all the winter routes from Milan seem to be bookable, except Liverpool and Newcastle. However the Bergamo to Charleroi evening flight is now to be operated by a Charleroi aircraft instead of a Bergamo one from the winter.
At the moment the Milan aircraft involved does the following for its afternoon sectors:
Bergamo - Liverpool/Newcastle (1-3-5-7)/(-2-4-6-)
Bergamo - Brussels Charleroi (1234567)
In winter, this aircraft will no longer have to do Charleroi, so instead will be used on
new route(s). I don't believe Liverpool or Newcastle will be dropped, but are likely to have different schedules. Maybe later times, different days, etc...
It'll also be interesting to see what new Milan route(s) we could see...
Krakow? Murcia? Weeze?
