kers who are running out of places to work then just about every company has them. If you mean people who are just p
sed off with their pay/T & Cs (or lack of) etc, then they are everywhere !! I'm sure CHC has them just as Bristow does.
IMHO the bottom of the barrel will be getting scraped by everyone just to put bums on seats if it isn't being already
Supply and demand. High oil prices, next to no ab initio training for years, very few ex military, an ageing workforce etc.
It's just a shame the powers that be didn't see it coming. Or they chose to ignore it for short term cost cutting, margin increasing reductions/moratoria. That's what performance related pay deals do sadly, especially when accountants only appear to see the "bottom line".
