B757 B737 fuel consumption short sectors
Greetings,
We're doing a conparison between Airplanes and Trains, and need to find the energy consumption of jet aircraft on sectors of 300, 400, 500 Km.
First would a 757 do a sector this short? Say like EGLL to EGPH. My guess is that a 737 would do this.
We can use the the amount of fuel required for such sectors and convert it to MegaJoule using the Calorific value of Kerosene.
