I guess thats how the USA system works.

I wonder if there are any helicopter outfits that would let a sheriffs deputy with no aviation experience become a chief pilot. Seems fair doesnt it...after all I am sure there wil be many deputies out there who want to be a chief pilot.

No experience necessary I am sure.
