Heard the same rumour here. I am to believe it's from an incident a few years ago with regard to the incorrect installation of the engine bolts on an RB211. There were recommendations or possibly enforcements to be carried out but it never materialised.......the management are looking into it was the reply. Our 'D' check left only 20 days over. It is still flying i am led to believe.
