It will depend on how often you fly
How well you fly
And when they need you in MDN
If you go from a 0 hr Instructor, you could have your 100 hrs abinitio in about 7 weeks doing 15 hrs per week (easy at CS)
But do keep in mind though that just because you can clock up the hours quickly, that you have to developed the required skills yourself to be upgraded.
And if they are taking up to 10 days for interviews, I don't imagine that they will be giving uprades away.
