Many companies do this, with the added excitement of sim sessions that start at 0300 on your body clock. I can remember more than one time when I did six difficult winter sectors, straight into a hire car for a four hour drive to the sim, then six hours rest and up in the middle of the night for a check.
If people think the comments above are the norm for pilots, certain companies are di*king you real hard. If you are accepting working conditions like that you are more of an idiot than your last post.
