Assuming CHC Aust aren't a law unto themselves, then the process is :
1) Check the ticks are in the boxes (hours, ratings etc)
2) Psychometric testing + psychologist interview
3) Simulator Test
4) Job
Obviously you're supposed to pass each stage before proceeding to the next!
I understand that the Aus jobs are not for foreigners though - can't say whether that is a contractual thing or just CHC trying to avoid an exodus of experienced guys
