I am due to finish my training next year and would like most of us on here would love to fly for Loganair!!!!!BUT if this is true and i have to find close to £20,000 for training with no written promise of job during the TR training,then sadly Loganair becomes a non-starter
And i know there are empty promises made,but if i got in with Loganair that would be it for me
What i mean is they could be turning away alot of future loyal pilots.Why not just double the bond period?
