Rental property in JT or surrounds should not be too hard to find. If you are needing somewhere to stay short term, try and get your hands on the West Australian. It is always chokkas with people looking for boarders (just don't tell them how short you intend to stay

MDN will be the hard place to get accomodation, although CS has built instructor accomodation at the strip they would normally be full and they are too far out of town. You will need to make friends fast with someone who does not drink
Pilots in MDN stand out like sore thumbs, and the 'Twisted Sisters' (the realestate operators) generally are not very helpful to the pilots as they are not stable tennents (and the fact that a few instructors many moons ago rebuilt their motorcycles in the lounge room in a new house on the Northside of town.
