Isn't it amazing that when you go outside the department for fresh management, the ideas they bring to the table can be quite good. Or is it the fact that the old managers were so ingrained with old ideas and ways, that we welcome the change and see it as good
Don't make the mistake most of our guys have done by clinging on to the past, it's gone. Instead, look and listen to how your new manager manages, and make up your mind if his style is good for you after he has had time to effect change.
