For those that have visited B. Hudson's website, it seems that he has pissed off someone in the US EMS industry. The website listed the top 15 companies by payscale.
I am not sure if they have a case, any hangar lawyers out there with an opinion?

One of the EMS operators listed on my website has threatened legal action against me based on the Base Pay Step Increase Comparison chart I published. Until this issue is resolved my website will not be available.
