A320 endorsement no bond or required time of service.
A very fortunate run indeed.
As far as being the lowest paid jet pilots I am a line captain on the A320.Flew 800 hrs stick and latest group certificate shows me 171K.Not sure where that puts us in the pecking order but not far from the bottom I suspect.
