Sub charter...like most other airlines who don't happen to have the luxury/excess capacity of an aircraft on standby waiting to rescue a tech aircraft. That's called optimising the use of your resources.....another good business point I would say.
Delays through tech aircraft are inevitable in all airlines. As long as the engineering cover and access to spares is adequate, Flyglobespan have as good a chance as anyone else with regard to that issue.
