My guess is that the outcome or ruling will be...The Plaintiff has not been able to prove without reasonable doubt that the Pilot Did It..
Is that the standard that will be used? Here in the states
reasonable doubt is used in criminal cases, but civil cases are only
preponderance of evidence. Anyone here an expert on Singaporean law?
