Where in Africa and for what purpose? NAC has some 1900s that might be available but not great for dirt strips. Think there's a couple of 212s and 228s in Kenya and Let410s are to be found almost anywhere but condition may be a bit suspect. AN28s are widely used in Eastern Congo and a number operate out of Bukavu.
