They are hiring, many looking to leave (many will leave this summer), E195 will be 146 pilots and dead mans shoes! Q400 is good aircraft to cut your teeth on, ie full EFIS heavy turbo prop and a wee bit challenging to land.....well smoothly anyway!
If you join the company it will be on the Q400 unless you have a 146 or E195 rating......Command in 2~3 yrs, command on Q400 for several yrs, and then if you are still there and lucky enough (they are short of Q400 capts and reluctant to let them move of type) E195.....don't hold your breath though!
