unsuitable for exit row
with the new checkin kiosks and pax without
checked in baggage, underage/infants already
appearing in exit rows.
when crew member arrives for pax briefing at these
seats they merely move them to other seats/swap
with other pax in non exit rows explaining the legal
reason and that the aircraft cannot push back until
the reseating occurs.
this happens regularly on qf domestic and a reasonable
explanation and pleasant manner solves it quickly
