I would have thought an operator in Queenstown would have better de-icing procedure than a bloody broom. I have heard similar stories about this chap.
The aircraft concerned is in the back of a hangar in Nelson (about 300m from where he was standing in the interview) Looking a little sad, but apparently is being rebuilt. (they have the technology)
