Hi canadian, the best FTOs in Italy are all located in Northern Italy. I can tell you this on the basys of my strictly personal experience as an ab-initio student and on the basys of people's feedback. I'm actually training in Venegono, which is nearby Varese and Switzerland. Have a look on this webpage:
