Apologies if this is the wrong forum, but I thought I would get a better response here than in the PAX/SLF forum.
I am planning to travel from the UK to San Diego later this year and hope to travel standby. I am trying to decide which US airport to fly into in order to have the best chance of getting a connecting flight down to SAN. Based on the number of flights, I thought about ORD or LAX - assuming the more flights each day the more chance I have of getting on
Any thoughts of additional airports I could fly into - I have been to the airport's website so am familiar with the destinations, it is just I'm not sure how popular these routes will be..
