Farnborough And "HEAVY IRON" JETS
Just curious.... .. .Does Farnborough currently handle a lot of the bigger corporate jets (e.g., BBJs, ACJs, GVs and Globals) flying into the London area?. .. .I've never been to Farnborough, but I understand TAG is attempting to convert it to the "premier" corporate jet airport in the UK/Europe. If you operate into or out of Farnborough, how often do you see the really big corporate jets like BBJs and ACJs? Are they pretty common there? If not, where would BBJs go if their passengers are traveling to London? Heathrow or Luton? . .. .Are Executive Jet/Netjets BBJs popular visitors there? I saw a beautiful Netjets BBJ with big winglets at BWI this weekend - nice takeoff performance.... .. .Cheers
