Pack a few Pot Noodles in your case, check with the hotel that they have a kettle you can use or facility in the hotel for hot water, check out the local area for supermarkets and takeaway joints.
Pack some cereal bars in case of an emergency (ie, lack of time to go out looking for food, midnight munchies, breakfast on the run, etc)
Take some fresh fruit and dried fruit which will last for the best part of the week, just to keep some nutrition in your diet.
Alternatively, grab a training colleague to go for a pizza after work.
