I'll second that; very professional service from CYWG Terminal and Tower. Strange feeling to do a couple of T/GOes on 18 before flying out to Blighty as SLF (from the same runway) that very evening! Didn't get chased by A320s and 737s though, just made a Metro and a CRJ wait at the holding point
Wherever there was ATC (Kenora, St Andrews, Brandon) it was of a very good standard. Climbing to 5,500' amsl made VFR dead-reckoning easier - the turning points and airports standing out from 15 nm away! Next thing was to get the "top of descent" right to end up at circuit altitude!
