FlyBe Embraer 195 Questions
I understand that there is the potential for industrial action at FlyBe at the moment, but I have a couple of questions related to the introduction of the E-195 into the fleet:
1. When is the first E195 expected on the line and how many have been ordered/optioned total?
2. How many E195s are expected on the line before the end of 2006?
3. Will the E195s primarily replace the Astraeus 733s or focus more on replacing aircraft on current 146 routes?
4. Although contract discussions are ongoing, will pay on the E195 basically be 146 pay for both Capt and FO? Has a new wage level been negotiated for the E195 yet (probably a big point of contention)?
I saw a picture of the first Flybe 195 and it is indeed for attractive looking and I am sure it will be popular with crews. Looking forward to seeing it on the line.
