I don't know the answer to your question, but have you tried asking on the
Jodel mailing list? You're almost certain to get an answer there. There's also an Australian (Frank Rogers) on the list who has redrawn some of the Jodel plans in English (including the D11), and I think he's prepared to sell individual sheets from the plans.
