True it's a radar target but it doesn't move with a steady trace,so I treat it as clutter.Sure vector round,downgrade the service whatever.Just like an old fashioned system when you turn the gain up to get the PE's.
Mind you I go around switching off so many lights in our unit,including runway lights in 40+km vis,that it's not surprising that there are so many planned.
We have over 100 computers in the building all chewing electricity.Get ride of the bleedin lot
