Latest is that Captains' children and their accompanying parent on ALT tickets are NOT entitled to use the lounge. Therefore if both parents are travelling with children; one will be given lounge access whilst the other (as the company has decided even up to 16 years of age the kids cant be left alone) must wait outside.
A further reduction in conditions and this one costs the company nothing.
How can they seriously expect the "usual cooperation" from us when they continue to grab at conditions that save them nothing?
