the big question would be how they could afford a fleet replacement??? They aren't exactly making big profits when you look at what revenue they generate. But, good luck to them, i would love to see them with new gear.
As for the delays SkySista, I know for a fact that there it is almost a daily occurrence for something (either 50 or 100 to go u/s) and a mad rush happens to change the schedule around, crews etc. I feel sorry for those guys in ops!!!
