Danny Crane,

Interesting perspective Danny, you still have the opportunity to show your interest and depth of concern.

As has been stated in previous posts, disappointingly the GA and REGIONAL Councillor positions remain empty, as they did through the last term of the Executive. The GA position since Bob Bruty passed away a couple of years ago. The Virgin and REGIONAL QANTAS Councillor positions were also uncontested at this election and the last. Is there any interest out there for those areas? Will you fill one?

Even so, their issues were represented but obviously without the insight of an industry participant that would have been preferred.

The association now has a fresh opportunity to unite, a new Executive, a new approach, please do more than sit back and criticise. These guys are motivated and interested in developing a strong organisation for all its members.

Jetstar has lead the race to the bottom, are they willing to now participate and stop the demise of safe aviation in Australia and ever reducing pay and conditions
