Blue Falcon, please see the thread about bicuspid aortic valves - You need not worry about it. I flew for 12 years with a Class 1 medical and I declared my (slightly) leaky valve at every renewal. Australia's CASA were not worried then and are not worried now, although because I am getting old (nearly as old as Reddo)
they make me see a cardiologist every year.
YOU MUST SEE A SPECIALIST AND MAKE SURE YOU TAKE CARE, as there are some tricks and traps if you don't know what to watch for.
