It sounds like a lot to up band the ALMs but how many FS and MAcr ALMs are there in the system, it cannot be that many?
What will have more of an effect is freezing the pay of the remaining WSOps. Not necessarily on the AEOps or Engs (though I doubt many will have to leave to have a big impact on some vital fleets) but more so on the trade people forget about. I suspect a pay freeze will have a very bad effect on the air signalers of 51 the secret sqn, as they to are WSOps.
